It's Too Bad The American People Can't Push A Class Action Suit Against Repugs For.....

dereliction of duty as a Congressman or Senator with respect to failing to protect the American People from guns.

Isn't it their job to serve and protect.

And I don't care what the Constitution says - that these elected officials can't be sued. I say go ahead and initiate a lawsuit and let them fight it.

We need to start getting relentless when challenging them. They hide behind their positions and they don't do their job.

And don't tell me we have to vote them out. They got that rigged as well with their voter suppression and gerrymandering.

ANY MILITIA IS SUPPOSED TO BE REGULATED BY THE CONGRESS
, not armed against them.

2nd Ammendment
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15 and 16 OF THE CONSTITUTION defines what a well regulated Militia MEANS

(Clause 15 – The Militia)

[The Congress shall have Power] To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

(Clause 16 – The Militia)

[The Congress shall have Power] To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

In the Dick Act of 1903, it repealed the Militia Acts of 1795 and designated the militia (per Title 10 of the U.S. Code, Section 311) as two classes: the Reserve Militia, which included all able-bodied men between ages 17 and 45, and the Organized Militia, comprising state militia (National Guard) units receiving federal support.

BUT STILL they are under the CONTROL of CONGRESS, not supposed to arm themselves and storm the capitol to forcefully take power away from the rightfully elected President and give it to the loser.

Well at least in 1903 they felt the need for truth in advertising.

But politicians do not have to follow norms, rules, or laws.

Sue them. This is not a frivolous lawsuit. Take it to them. Put them on the defense. Don't let up on them until they give in and do the right thing. And if they don't do the right thing - use every opportunity to shame them.

4. I'd love any action taken. But the politicians probably shielded from any consequences.
