Face it, it it was like a regular congressional hearing with lawmakers pontificating on one side and witnesses on the other, only the die-hards would watch. They have to reach people. I think they're smart enough to understand balance.

Look, Mueller issued a written report but he fell very short of recommending legal action. We all know how well that written report went over.
