Forcing Supreme Court Justices to live under the rules and conditions they set for the rest of us. Don't you know how wonderful the justices are, and how the grimy likes of us hoi polloi need to just buckle down and live with the carnage?

this session, and aren't they expected to declare it unconstitutional? If they do, that strengthens the argument for no special treatment for the justices: if they want to make life more dangerous for the rest of us, they should have to live with the fears the rest of us do.
