Such a great example of how people on the right try to work the refs to complain about "media bias." The exact hypothetical they discuss DID happen and it barely made a blip in the news, certainly got *LESS* coverage than this latest thing with Kavanaugh.

It just makes a good talking point to hammer away at the "other side" with. Everything that right wingers do is meant to push and promote their political ideology. It is a game to them. They win, we lose. They get more power, they get more money.

They know that their policies are bullshit. They do not make the lives of any average income American better. They serve mainly the rich, so their base is not naturally very big. They push fear and hatred of "others" even though a poor Black person and poor White person have WAY more in common than a wealthy White person and poor White person do. If they can keep it as an "us versus them" situation, then they can cheat and win elections keeping a minority party in power.
