bipartisan January 6th Committee, I wonder if the Trumpian responders have not already written 90% of their remarks about the Committee's revelations.

I wonder if the words "illegitimate", "unconstitutional" and "political witch hunt" might be used by the "fair and balanced" folks when they tell their audience about the presentation they refused to broadcast.

I wonder if Don's Dead-enders will refer to the spittle-flecked thugs who smeared their own feces on Capitol walls as "tourists" and "patriots".

I wonder if McCarthy will be even slightly embarrassed about his remarks during and just after the invasion of the Capitol and the violent assaults on the law enforcement officers protecting him and the rest of Congress.

Nah, I am not really wondering about any of those things. Sadly, like you, I already know how the Trumpians will react.

1. I am just so freaking happy

to be at this point finally. I never hollered about how long it was taking, I have never joined in the "nothing will happen" or the "shut up you Debbie Downers" but it has still been so painful waiting and waiting.

I expect news that we already know with some, or one, big boom(s) we did not. By the time we get through them all there should be a really compelling reason to charge a whole lot of "important" people.

I am signing off all the TV news after tonight. I will read but I KNOW my blood pressure will not take the hits lobbed at the Democrats by the most worthless, corrupt bunch of legislators we have ever seen, out loud and with offense. My Podcasts should help.
