I'm feeling sick to my stomach again watching footage of the attack on the Capitol by a vicious mob that not only wanted to kill Mike Pence and, probably, Nancy Pelosi and other prominent Democrats as well, but wanted to stomp our democracy out of existence.

Wannabe brownshirts.

Wannabe fascists.

Real monsters.

1. They should have been mowed down.

those that continued to attack.

7. I will always wonder what would have happened if

they shot the first few who came through the broken windows and doors. My opinion is they would all have turned and ran screaming like nine-year-old children.

Just now watching Jan 6 over again truly made me ill. Dear God almighty or Goddess.

I've said all along, since, ".....are you all really going to take on the Cheney's (Darth Cheney's daughter). Are you crazy!!"

So any how, this 1st hearing I believe, is mesmerizing. I am not dissapointed. Disheartened, yes.
I am loving MSNBC coverage.. I'm a little behind. Keep having to pause and take care of 86 year old toddler.

And I don't know how the 7wo7rees are going to handle DU.

9. We may never know quite how horrifying it was. Just how dangerous the plans were, and

just how many of the people there might have discussed murdering US officials and lawmakers.

But I have more hope now that enough of this ugliness will be exposed that some justice will be done, more eyes will be opened, and our democracy will survive.
