... sure he supported Trump, but when it really counted, he did the right thing for his country. At least he will always have that.

Lots of people do the right thing and get no praise for it. However when you're part of the Trump administration, its exceptional.

drawn in the sand for Pence. And love him or hate him, his refusal to participate in, or facilitate, their assumption that he would just “fall in line” WAS the successful thwarting of another prong of the clearly multi-pronged approach to overthrow the govt.

MY question is, who was pulling Donald Trump’s strings? He’s not smart enough to run a plan that comes this close to working. He’s only smart enough to ingratiate himself to someone else who is.

His political career is over, whether he's figured it out yet or not.

It has been suggested that the House bestow some kind of commendation on Pence for actually doing the right thing for once, just to see if the GOPers vote against it. That would be fun to watch..
