TONIGHT: Breaking news from DANIEL GOLDMAN, lead counsel for Democrats in Trump's first impeachment

"I thought it was devastating. I thought Liz Cheney, in particular, going down through the hearings also enabled her to lay out all of the evidence that they have and in particular what we learned through so many witnesses that Donald Trump knew exactly what he was doing and that his allegations of fraud were bogus and he was told that over and over and over again. What I said on Twitter and I mean it and I haven't said this before is we have all talked about what the evidence is of Donald Trump's potential criminal guilt and what we watched tonight was wrenching. It was moving but what Donald Trump should be seeing are handcuffs."
[emphasis added]

NOTE: I copied this down directly from broadcast on MSNBC

As I said in another thread, in this connect-the-dots exercise, there is at least one dot between the Proud Boys / Oath Keepers and Former President Trump. I think the next shoes to drop will be connecting those dots, and Merrick will likely make deals with those dots to turn on the Kingpin. At that point, Merrick will roll. I think that may all happen pretty quickly.

We may be watching chilling video and wrenching testimony, but Donald Trump should be seeing handcuffs.

And if Dumpling does see handcuffs, perhaps his daughter can market a special line of wrist jewelry to commemorate the occasion

& then SHE can wear them too.

If this doesn’t get him moving on Criminal charges Biden should yank him and put in someone who isn’t afraid to act.

Considering this man's respected position in Washington, his opinion is not taken lightly. IMHO

charged, and if that is the case, I suspect any challenges to that, the SC would let him off the hook

embodied by the constitution. You would think SCOTUS ought not get that one wrong.
