I don't trust Daily Mail so I looked around for more info on the Boebert accident and found this. They have audio of David Wheeler interviewing Boebert's former sister-in-law talking about what happened and it's pretty amazing to lister to her talk about how it all unfolded with her just jumping out with the ATV going toward a cliff, plus plenty of other proof like confirmation of the accident.
