For me, Liz Cheney is just a shining example of how low the bar is for the GOP

Are we truly heaping praise on Ms. Cheney for not aiding and abetting sedition?

"Never tried to destroy the Constitutional Republic" shouldn't be a top line entry on anyone's fucking resume.

I'm glad she has the patriotism and spine that her colleagues obviously lack but she is a right-wing Republican.

She has always been a guaranteed vote against everything we believe in.

1. I've been saying this for a year and more.

The very lowest expectation we should have for an elected official is to not be a traitor. It doesn’t make you a hero or a good person, it’s the standard, vanilla position.

2. She might VOTE against US, but TREASON and STEALING Elections are where she draws the line.

WE are strong enough to handle people who don't agree with US.

BUT if people are going to DISMANTLE our Democracy, then if those on the other side of the isle will FIGHT WITH US to prevent that, against their own spin machine, with the near promise of being kicked out of their own party, then the sacrifice they are making to stand with US on this issue MEANS something.


Without our Democracy, we can't convince the people to vote for better policies and results.


If Liz Cheney, Pence, The Lincoln Group, Raffensperger and the rest who are finally telling the truth at the Jan 6 hearings had NOT stood against the tRump war machine, we would not have any freedom to argue across the isle.

Using her vote against US is her right as an elected official. It's the fair way to play the game.

Breaking all the rules and destroying Democracy is not.

3. Liz is our "loyal opposition"in our Democracy.

The others in her party, have gone further to the right of her.
They aren’t really Republicans anymore, but fascists that want an outright dictatorship.

4. I'm one that gives credit to where credit is due

I give her credit! She's helping get rid of the most dangerous ASSHOLE this country has ever faced! I just hope lots of other ASSHOLES go up in flames as well! WE need to take advantage of EVERYONE that will help us DESTROY this cult that's infecting our country!
