Virginia “Ginni” Thomas, the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, pressed 29 Republican state lawmakers in Arizona — 27 more than previously known — to set aside Joe Biden’s popular vote victory and “choose” presidential electors, the Washington Post reports.

“The revelation that Ginni Thomas was directly involved in pressing them to override the popular vote — an act that would have been without precedent in the modern era — intensified questions about whether her husband should recuse himself from cases related to the 2020 presidential election and attempts to subvert it.”

Republican policy shows that they think women are the property of men and that wives should only do what their husbands say. Ginny committed crimes and helped instigate an insurrection and an attempt to overthrow our government. Therefore, she must have been directed to do that by Clarence since women have no minds of their own (according to GOP policy). So Clarence committed an attempted coup and the 14th applies to him.

Here's what section 4 says:

Key clauses are hopefully underlined. IANAL (but I did stay in a crappy hotel once). But I suspect this can be used to help kick him out or as one of the numerous articles of impeachment.


As far as a Mariachi Band goers - I like the cut of your jib! Maybe we can also add Barney the Purple Dinosaur impersonators and singers who do a blend of Bob Dylan/James Brown/PeeWee Herman singing styles? Also, add an endless stream of Amway salespeople and Jehova's Witnesses? We'd have to engineer some kind of directional sound system to only disturb him and not bother his neighbors too much.

The phrase “or judicial office” is followed by “of any state”

Whether a federal judgeship is considered an “office” is unclear;

What is clear is that, while Thomas may have committed seditious conspiracy, it is pretty clear his actions don’t meet the criteria for insurrection or rebellion- note that none of January 6 rioters have been charged with either insurrection or rebellion.

We agree that both of the Thomases should not know a moment’s peace until Clarence resigns.
