5. President Trump's legal team and other Trump associates instructed Republicans in multiple states to create false electoral slates and transmit those slates to Congress and the National Archives.

6. President Trump summoned and assembled a violent mob in Washington and directed them to march on the U.S. Capitol.

7.As the violence was underway, President Trump ignored multiple pleas for assistance and failed to take immediate action to stop the violence and instruct his supporters to leave the Capitol.

The Brooks Brothers riot and SCOTUS handing the election to Bush really set the pattern. How very odd that a Cheney now stands against the repeat.

So much death and destruction followed, directly and indirectly, from that actually fraudulent election result.

We should have known immediately when he coined the term 'Stop The Steal' what he was really up to doing.

4. My take on the key words above are; planned, pressured, summoned and ignored.

I think that it is abundantly clear that those things happened. My honest question is do these things rise to a level on criminality that can be successfully prosecuted? Do they, in the eyes of the law, confirm a criminal conspiracy?

Of course I think that they do, but I am a honest plumber, not a slick attorney. I am also a bit biased, but to me it seems like a slam dunk, a touchdown, a homerun, and a goal.
