After all the J6 evidence is turned over to the DOJ, and assuming there is a criminal referral, won't Trump claim that the televised hearings have tainted the jury pool, and he can't get a fair trial?

In truth, he probably can't get a jury of objective peers. Any trial he's brought before will turn into a circus that'd make the OJ trial look like a Lincoln-Douglass debate. I certainly doubt he'll see a day in jail.

However the victims of his crimes can always sue him in civil court. I'm more interested in seeing Kushner and Mnuchin brought up on corruption charges and denied their billion dollar payday

Only 10 percent of the population watched those hearings, and the bar for serving on a trial is if one can be impartial, not if they saw them.

And just why are you worrying if a traitor gets a fair trial?
