Is there a way to determine if pocket pardon had been given?

Does the fact Jared and Ivanka spoke to the committee indicate they do have the pocket pardons?

Could the committee know?

No such thing has ever been done, and a President's pardoning power only exists while the individual is President. At the end of that presidency no further pardons can be granted. There are no "pocket" pardons. They do not exist.

11. I wouldn't think that if you had a secret pardon

that you would ever let the fact be known unless you were forced to use it. I would certainly make the user look guilty. Who knows, Trump may have signed scores of the back of Monopoly get out of jail free cards, and they might be valid.

There is more that I don't understand about Presidential Pardons, than I do understand. Maybe someone can help.

After being pardoned for a crime, would you be able to assert your 5th amendment rights in subsequent testimony about the subject of the pardon? You couldn't be in jeopardy of incriminating yourself.

Would a pardoned Jr. have to tell the truth about his sister under threat of perjury?

Would a pardon also cover related crimes committed after the pardon was given?

Does the President have the power to issue a blanket pardon for life?

Is there any kind of system in place that would prevent a former president from pre-dating a pardon?

Has any of these kinds of questions ever gone to the high courts?
