7. With all due respect, my guess is that they are on summer vacation, and they came to DC to

see the sights. In other years, they might have flown. This year, they drove. While they were here, they stopped in to see their senator. Possibly, they drove to DC to complain about the price at the pump, but I guess it far more likely that the complaints were incidental.
