This is what we know about the fake electors scheme. It was a major part of the Green Bay sweep, coup. We know is was Eastmans idea.

Boris , one of Trump crooked lawyers, admitted on national TV Rudy was in charge of the scheme. There is a lot to work with right there.

They must be investigating all of the fake electors in certain states. Some who signed their names to a document that said they were the real electors. DUH!

The fake electors investigations could and should lead right to Trumps inner circle and the attempted coup. Bring on the indictments.

How long ago was it that the Michigan AG sent the criminal referral to DOJ?

DOJ had to know about the fake electors a year and a half ago because the national Archives rejected the fake elector documents, finally the National Archives had to also send a criminal referral to DOJ.

Why does it seem that DOJ needs referrals before it acts on coup plotters?

People better check out what each state's elector laws actually states. It's been a while since I looked it up but there are outs for some states to not accept electors from the candidate who won the election. This is why the House was working to safeguard the law, without the votes in the Senate what's the use?

where the criminal repugs were trying to submit "altenate" ones had already been certified and sealed by official authorities.

There was no way other ones could be substituted in without the whole political apparatus of each state moving to block such a move and howl like hell to the feds, media and anyone else who would listen.

She asked them to create their own slate of electors against the votes of Arizona voters. She did not riot, but she was certainly aiding insurrection and knew that as the wife of a Supreme Court justice, her voice would carry weight ti such a demand.
