Something startled the crowd & out of nowhere the crowd at the #MarchForOurLives protest just started fleeing. One of the speakers assures everyone nothing is wrong.

This is also how we're raising our children. It's so pathetic we'd rather live this way rather than give up or regulate guns.

in a sane society. But this is what we have become, what we are, a damaged, sick and -- not due to our own fault -- insane society.

this weekend. I had a junior suite booked at the Churchill, bought the airline tickets.....then we had a discussion Tuesday evening. She was concerned about violence and some gun- humping Trumpanista showing up. I didn't argue. There's always that possibility, and since I wouldn't want her to worry about ever seeing her two children and husband again, and myself not wanting to lose my daughter and never see my grandchildren again, we canceled.

I had to eat the airline tickets, but that's a small price to pay. I wouldn't mind mixing it up with some Trumphumpers. At my age I have little to lose. What are they going to do, keep an old man from feeling his daily aches and pains for a few more years? Be my guest, if it makes you feel like a real man.

I watched some of it on TV and the web. I did want to get one more protest in before I shuffle off this mortal coil, just to relive my youth, but there will be other protests, unfortunately. The gunhumpers aren't through yet.

My only daughter, her children, my grandchildren, naaaaah. These gunhumpers are too unpredictable and uncontrolled. With the number of targets available it would be like shooting liberals in a barrel for some nut with a bump-stock. One gun-nut could set a massacre record, and don't think there wasn't one thinking about that very fact.

an elderly woman up who'd stumbled to the ground, a young man with a bike who'd buried his head in his arm.

This is where we are today and it's heartbreaking.
