Biggest mistake ever to not charge Trump when they have the evidence because the monster that Trump would become would make what he did in his first term would look like child's play. This article says they could do this. (18,634 posts)These might limit or prevent charging politicians for certain crimes and might be why most Republican politicians aren't being charged. They might also protect an ex-president.

(2,193 posts)The the entire thing is a waste of time. If the best they can do is nail a few small fry flunkies then the idea of the "Rule of Law" is a farce and what this country supposedly stands for is phony and wasted effort in the end.

and submitted fraudulent documents.
It all adds up to violation of state Racketeering...a crime that Wallis is not afraid to charge. A conviction could put TFG in state prison for 20 years.
The federal charges could be moot relative to the crime boss at that point.
