I watched the final episode of 'Gaslit' on Starz and
It was phenomenal. The cast, especially Julia Roberts, was amazing!
For those who have not heard of the show, it's about the Watergate scandal. One thing that stood out in the final was one of the FBI agents that investigated and uncovered the Watergate break in says that he voted for Nixon a second time. After investigating and seeing firsthand the mess and corruption that Nixon was involved in, HE STILL! VOTED! FOR NIXON!
That brings me to Trump and the people that surrounded him in the White House. They saw the criminality, and the corruption of a morally bankrupt person... and somehow they still thought the alternative, Joe Biden, was worse. Even before that, after seeing the corruption with their own eyes, they somehow still thought Trump should retain power, and not any other Republican.
