I am very curious.
If the cigarette industry could be crushed, why cant this one.
Word is that guns kill way more than cigarettes.

(2,622 posts)I've never seen one at the LGS or at a range. Not sure they would fit in an indoor range, anyway. The bays are too small.
Oh, wait. maybe Talon Range off I-10. I'll check the next time I am going to Midway.

(2,622 posts)Overall numbers were 480,000 divided by 365 days a year.. 1,315 and some change. I don't see a date on the site, but I assume the CDC is pretty current in their updates.

Cigarettes are not a good comparison, as it is not possible to outline a scenario where cigarettes could be used and not directly threaten the health of the user. It is possible to use a gun relatively safely. That difference made cigarettes a much easier target.
