The Daddy Donald / Princess Ivanka drama is just too skeevy and disturbing for me to follow

We know what he thinks of her...he's said it in interviews that are readily available on YouTube, and there are photos that back it up.

We remember most of the people who "know" Trump, from Mary Trump to Michael Cohen to all points in between, say that if it came to a matter of preserving his own hide, he'd throw Ivanka under the bus.

And he's done that in a way that's more devious than if he'd actually attacked her as he does all others who challenge him. He basically negated what she had to say, claiming it came from someone who didn't know what they were talking about.

His daughter.

I can't stomach the Princess. I remember a couple of Memorial Days ago, when she encouraged her Twitter followers to celebrate the day with her recipe for champagne popsicles. I remember her sweat shop, I remember Jared, I remember her smiling nebulously and flipping her hair at diplomatic events she had no business attending.

In the big picture, like the rest of us, Ivanka didn't get to pick her parents. She won the lottery when it came to $$$$$$$$$ but in virtually every other regard, she's a loser, including in the present moment. I don't really care...I bring this up only to support the premise that when it comes to Donald Trump, there is no "bottom."

5. A few years ago there was a large department store closing at the local mall

so I went there to see if I could pick up a bargain or two.

It was pretty picked over, but there was a whole rack full of "Ivanka Trump" jeans with silver sequins on them. It looked like none had been sold.

I guess that was her great fashion career.
