🚨BREAKING: Fifth Circuit DENIES Louisiana's motion to stay redistricting Voting Rights Act decision pending appeal. Redraw of congressional map will proceed as appeal is expedited.

A big victory for Louisiana voters, @RedistrictFdn and @EliasLawGroup.

I’m anticipating what their final decision will be because I have zero faith in the 5th circuit

That map was only providing one minority district even thought 1/3 of Louisiana voters are. A court agreed and ordered a new one drawn. That was appealed and this decision is blocking the stay that this appeal was asking for hence they are still going ahead drawing a new map .
Is that what it is ?
