They're making a big deal of Giuliani's inebriation because

He was the one telling Trump that he should declare himself the winner—too early based on everyone else’s estimation.

This may have happened after Fox News called Arizona(?) for Biden.

I think, among Republicans, they rely on conversations to get their information, which is a hazard if they only act on information that they want to hear. It leads to bad results.

6. Exactly. He rejects information from sober folks, but took the advice from someone intoxicated.
