Barr not being in prison is laughable, assures me this country is broken. If a Democratic AG did what he did?
Dear god the country would have exploded.

(82,849 posts)And Bill Barr was only too happy to oblige until the wheels fell off, and then he was suddenly all about DOJ independence and the integrity of the department. I'm glad at least one media outlet remembers.

Hell, she could start with Barr saving Reagan's ass over Iran-Contra. That's where he got his start, and his RW fascist creds. Then delineate how he completely subverted the Mueller Report.
A bit of fertile ground to till there.

THREAD: Barr chuckling & distancing himself from Trumps post-election detachment from reality, is really quite chilling. B/c Barr encouraged & abetted Trumps obsession w/nonexistent voter fraud for months before the election. Heres Barr in Sept 2020.

In his latest attack on mail-in voting, Attorney General William Barr greatly exaggerated a Texas voter fraud investigation.

We remember too much, and it wasn't that long ago. Every pound of him is guilty.
Remember how we used to hate on Jeff Sessions and Rod Rosenstein? Those guys are totally forgotten now, but at one time we thought they had to be guilty of something, but I don't know what. Election fraud maybe, if nothing else. They're totally forgotten now.
