Everything he said today was not important but his drunken behavior is the one thing they take issue with.

Could be his lawyer can't really refute anything, so they picked the least criminal behavior to focus on. I don't see how "ignore the crime-ing, let's push back on the drinking" is supposed to help, given inebriation could have been his only halfway decent excuse for going all in on the Big Lie. smh.
