I have a question for the lawyers in the room I am not a lawyer. But my lay reading has me wondering, when we're not the federal laws passed post 911 allow for RV appropriate for charging Trump with Stochastic terrorism? It seems to be exactly what that law was designed for applying to foreign countries but I don't understand if it can be charged domestically or not.

There has to be evidence of direct incitement - it isn't enough to say just in general terms that something should happen without instruction to someone to do that thing.
