I am in need of getting an email or phone number to someone higher up than a baggage claim 800 # or someone that doesn't give 2 shits about anything other than giving a ticket number.

Back in the day I flew Northwest (which was absorbed by Delta) every week for a few years. I knew the gate supervisor and had the phone number at gate E4 at PHL.
