(6,617 posts)These idiots feel they are entitled to special law breaking privileges. It amazes me that people would even THINK of voting for a republican knowing full well they just want the power to break the law with impunity.

(28,787 posts)they think they're above the law, clearly they really do. who was the congress person who whined on TV about not being able to lie to Congress, or the FBI? i can't remember his name but i promise you he's a republican.

(1,668 posts)I'm sure these guys are genuinely surprised that the rules actually apply to them. I'd like to blame GOP/Conservative but it's really just having enough money to generally avoid consequences for whatever they do, and its usually "white collar" crime so no perp walk no time in real jail cells with other criminals.
