All the articles I am reading say it is still an open case with the FBI.
And they have no major leads at this time.

that's been made available to the committee, there's nothing for them to look at. I'm guessing the matter is still in the hands of the FBI, and since it's clearly a criminal matter regardless of who did it, that's where it should be for now.
