The man wanted to be with his wife for the birth of their child. Sounds like good family values to me. Shame on anyone who thinks this was staged.

I write this because if it turns out he faked the whole thing, his credibility as an operative will be damaged and the January 6 Committee would probably take actions against him.

Besides, his videotaped deposition was nearly as effective. Remember that one of the points being made by the committee is that all those testifying were Republicans who were close to Trump and told him that he had lost the election. He knows he didn't win which shows his intent.

She posted on FB about her baby shower on FB on May 1. She also indicated at the time that she had six weeks to go in her pregnancy.

Given that she and her husband knew she was due in mid June, it is all but certain that he let the committee know in advance and that's how the committee was so well prepared to put together the video presentation of his testimony.
