"Concerns about due process" over red flag laws?

'Scuse me? The red flag has to be presented to a JUDGE just like a restraining order. It has to have probable cause backed by 'oath or affirmation' AND it can be appealed. How much more 'due process' does a fucking gunner need?

Oh, but somebody might lie about me so they can take my gunz away. Really? The loosest possible laws rest on a family member, an employer, a teacher, a wife or domestic partner or a police officer. Just how big a dick do you have to be to have one of these people lie about you 'just to take your gunz away'? Jesus, if you're that much of a dick you shouldn't have a gun anyway. If they do lie they have broken the oath or affirmation the red flag was based on so now THEY are the ones facing legal consequences.

I ask again, how much due process do you fucking need?

The Red Flag Law is all about due process, so I don't see the problem.

I understand the hard core gun owners will bitch and complain, but screw them, this is a good law to pass.
