The J6 hearing was deferred for a minor reason per the committee. The Dobbs decision would not be a minor reason.

The hearing was postposed because they couldn't finish their video editing in time. The abortion decision probably will be one of the last of this term to be released - they tend to save the controversial ones for last - and court is still behind by about 30 opinions.
