Federal District Courts are trial courts. Circuit Courts are appellate courts.

Seems a mite . . . tardy, doesn't it? We'll have to see what Sen. Cruz and Sen. Cornyn have to say. I'm confident that decent human beings will not be disappointed by their show of bigotry.
