that when she was watching his show, she saw he had a suspicious looking lump and he got it checked out. He was diagnosed with cancer and it was treated.

A large lump suddenly appeared on my throat a number of years ago. I discovered it when I was driving home from work and happened to raise my hand to my throat. Quite a shock.

The first endocrinologist wanted to surgically remove it and biopsy it. I discovered in that moment I had a bit of vanity, and that since I was keloid I didn't want my neck sliced on unless there was no other alternative. Went for a second opinion and that endocrinologist (a little older and more experienced) decided it might be caused by a cyst that had filled up with blood. He successfully aspirated the cyst and then put me on thyroid meds so the cyst wouldn't get fed by blood vessels in the area.

I must have always had low thyroid, because suddenly I had new-found energy. So it turned out well for me.

I sure hope Rep. Mikie Sherrill's has a benign cause. She's a treasure!

How the fuck can the head of the Capitol police say he saw nothing suspicious, he has some explaining to do, under oath.

Wish the DOJ/FBI was concerned. Maybe super secret investigations?
