.....motion to dismiss be denied. Never heard of this usage in legal filings. Is this the usual or peculiar to Texas?

It's hard to tell if they're clickbaiting again or if it's already in effect. They added a second tweet which sounds like a robot wrote it because it's the same thing with an additional desperate plea for re-tweets.
