It was so blatant that Justice Thomas had to know what she was doing. The fact that he took no action to stop her makes him a part of the insurrection also.
He's a Supreme Court Justice! And his wife attempted to overthrow the government!

His lack of action amounted to consent. Unfortunately there is no chance he will be removed, outside of indictment and conviction. Impeachment and removal is impossible, given the current Senate makeup.
