"incoming storm" photo as "representative" of Spring/June?

Sure for the temperate part if the USA -
"April showers bring May flowers" trope but when I think of Spring - it's greening trees, opening masses of flowers, lovely warmer, blue skies (w/wo clouds), more people strolling about again etc

Respectfully, I don't get it.

For me I was trying to pick between the egret/heron, orange flower field (California poppies?), and the butterfly on the flowers.

I'd have picked the earlier Flowering Yucca one .
Why?
Looking upwards (in joy - Spring has returned!!!) flowering, lit by (returning longer) sunlight against a beautiful sky, and it's array of leaves below look like arms opened wide in joy!

In my (not so 😄 ) humble opinion (in this case 😄 )
