the election (which there appears to be in spades) there should not nothing to stop the DOJ from prosecuting her. Her husband being a Supreme Court Judge should be irrelevant.

Just like there’s no way to get rid of apathy, but it’s good to encourage everyone to vote.

I know he is corrupt and those who refuse to believe it won't believe it...so I see little point...harmless I suppose.

because of his no vote - he should resign and she should be charged.
The wife of a Suoreme Court justice is a treasonous criminal and he tried to cover it up. Time for Roberts to act.

Because that's what it's going to take to unseat a Supreme Court Justice. They go in crying, and they leave crying. As long as they leave.

At least we can now explain to the public why we reject textualists as nominees to the Supreme Court. It's hokey-pokey, just like the right-winger wearing the black dress.

The justices are appointed by the POTUS and confirmed in the senate, which are the executive/legislative branches of govt. The legislative branch, impelled by the POTUS and the Chief Justice are the only body that can boot his ass of the Court by impeaching/convicting him.

He ought to resign in shame. The fact that he has not divorced himself from this lunatic so-called wife of his is de facto proof that he fucking agrees with her.

After all, the Justices allow all other sorts of protesting, but apparently not in their immediate neighborhoods.

So what's to keep these white supremacists from protesting the common BLM protests that occur in STLMO in our neighborhoods? There isn't and these thugs were caught breaking store front windows, etc., trying to cast a bad light on these BLM protesters when the vast majortiy of the BLM protesters were peaceful. Where's my Supreme Court protection against these thugs from coming into my neighborhood?

So any of the decisions that these Justices rule on, on the things that come before them, via a public domain docket or 'shadow docket' (sneaking decisions in the cover of night basically), we have no right to protest, no right to disagree, no rights at all, before the issue is discussed and then over and done with, decided on by these late at night Supreme Court Justices?

I say since they are already making some of these decisions (the shadow docket), w/o public participation, that they destroyed any rights to cancel any of our protesting, in front of their houses, or anywhere else, and thus, reap what they themselves planted, knowing full well what the reactions of the majority of most Americans would be.

In effect, they're making decisions that the majority of most Americans don't want. And here we are, conservatives have always moaned about law being made in the Courts when judges rule against bad bills, etc., are themselves are generating the bad bills themselves, making law themselves by overruling long-established law.
