FOX is scheduled to show the Third Hearing today.

It may have something to do with the witness list. Michael Lutting, a renowned conservative jurist, is the primary witness for today. He is a hero of the conservative movement and was once a clerk for Justice Scalia.

Many Republicans will watch it today just because of Michael Lutting. Whether or not they will believe the evidence once they see it and hear it, is another question. There is no evidence thus far that shows that anything is breaking thru the wall of the cult.

Today could be a very important moment in these historical hearings. Much will depend on how FOX chooses to "spin" it after the hearing is over? And how much time they will devote to the testimony of one of the nation's top Republican conservatives?

2. Not a Fox watcher, but did see it posted and saw on MSNBC that hearing was aired Monday.

I'd bet they talked over it and cut out lots of good parts, but I refuse to watch to verify.

4. They'll air a morning hearing but not an evening hearing.

Morning Fox=biased news. Evening Fox=over the top, authoritarian propaganda.
