If the K9 had been on a leash, they probably would have dragged the officer.
I had to pull up Shari of fond memory like that once when I was getting her leash on her at a dog park after some idiot floated a frisbee in front of her nose. Near broke my wrists.

Shari was 50 pounds of Aussie Shepherd, Heeler (dingo dog), and Yellow Lab mix. And she had only two brain cells that bounced against each other to Zydeco music. Sweet, but not very smart.
