As an aside. With all that is coming out now about Trump and those around him, his SCOTUS picks

are tainted for all of history. Not that it will change anything but it really diminishes them in many minds. Should make it easier to expand the Court.

Beer Boy seat stolen by Kennedy's "retirement"

Amy Handmaiden stolen from RBG.

They are unqualified to be on SCOTUS.

Expansion might be easier and more politically acceptable than impeachment. Less divisive.
