So, why did Trump withhold pardons for both Eastman and Giuliani?

It would be a different ball game today, if he had. Both men are now in a position to turn evidence against Trump, if they can trade their own culpability for testimony that they all knew, including Trump, that they were blowing smoke up everyone's ass

an official record of each and every pardon? It’s an interesting thought for sure. However, I think it’s more likely he w/h because granting could be interpreted as knowledge that crimes were committed. He’s out for himself ahead of every other consideration always.

Your point makes total sense. If he sold pardons like popcorn, he'd be the only prosecutable person in the crime crew.

I do wonder that now Eastman appears to be up shit creek (if the DOJ goes after him), whether he will turn on Trump in exchange for a lesser charge.

The attempt was on 1/6, and TFG had another two weeks to do it, plenty of time to think about it, but why would he reward the failed attempt? He's always happy to let someone else take the fall for him.

"The lawyers, they told me there was a law a long big beautiful law from many years ago, i think it was a Jefferson law or Washington but the lawyers told me it was....." It was Eastman and Giuliani, the lawyers who told me. I relied on the lawyers."

We will hear this the moment the shoe drops on this traitor, pos.
