It would be a different ball game today, if he had. Both men are now in a position to turn evidence against Trump, if they can trade their own culpability for testimony that they all knew, including Trump, that they were blowing smoke up everyone's ass

(17,201 posts)an official record of each and every pardon? Its an interesting thought for sure. However, I think its more likely he w/h because granting could be interpreted as knowledge that crimes were committed. Hes out for himself ahead of every other consideration always.
