Tom Hanks anger unleashed when overzealous fan knocks into wife Rita Wilson: 'Back the f*** off!'

Don’t f*** with Tom Hanks!

A recent video is making the rounds online showing the beloved Oscar-winner losing his cool when a group of hovering fans got a little too close for comfort to his wife, actress Rita Wilson.

According to the video, which has been published across multiple outlets, Hanks and Wilson, both 65, were seen leaving a restaurant in New York City on Wednesday night when a mob of overzealous fans and paparazzi began to swarm the pair as they headed to their car.

One of the fans is seen hovering a bit too close to Wilson, causing her to stumble. “Stop it!” Wilson screamed at the fan, prompting Hanks to intervene: “Back the f*** off!” he shouted. “Knocking over my wife?”

If you look closely at the beginning, there's a big white guy in a medium blue shirt, wearing a gray baseball cap, and he lifts a camera to take a picture.

The black guy in the black baseball cap trips and pushes Rita Wilson by accident. Then he turns around and pushes the white guy back.

Well, paparazzi are known for their damn gall. It looked like a well-rehearsed maneuver to create an incident in order to get a candid shot.

And it tickles pink me that the nicest guy in Hollywood shouted obscenities in public. I'm weird like that.

18. I have a friend who I rather not name who is a B or maybe a light A actor.

He has been in the Avengers and some other movies including a movie with Tom Hanks. He said some of them are pretentious and difficult. Tom Hanks isn't one of them.

14. A Tom Hanks story...

When he was filming CAPTAIN PHILIPS, the opening scenes were filmed at a farm in Massachusetts, across the road from my Sister's family. There was a lot of traffic back and forth, so my nephew (dressed in a Batman costume) set up a lemonade stand in their driveway. At one point a car came by and somebody waved to him, and a police officer who was managing traffic said "that was Tom Hanks". Five minutes later, the car came BACK, Tom Hanks popped out, bought all the lemonade for the film crew, chatted with my nephew and Sister, then asked if he could take a picture, THEN asked if he could post it to his Twitter feed.
