are convicted in a court of law and are awaiting sentencing, how long before they flip on Trump and what year will that be?

(9,470 posts)The DOJ has to charge Eastman for the treason-weasel that he is first.
I am already bothered that the insurrectionists are being called rioters by some in the MSM, even though many who stormed the Capitol made it clear that their goal was to overthrow the President-elect and murder members of congress.

(21,726 posts)As you go up each rung, you flip some to mail the next one. One can only speculate at this point My guess is around third quarter next year for an indictment of tfg.

(15,548 posts)Really no sense in flipping after youve been convicted- plea bargains dont work that way.
Eastman will probably be facing the most severe sentence, but whoevers got the best lawyer will be Johnny-on-the-spot to make a proffer in exchange for reduced charges/sentence. Usually, the person who flips first gets the best deal, those coming after dont get as good a deal, or any deal at all.
