What I like about Trump ranting on Truth Social

I've been picking up various commentary to the effect of "Trump is ranting on Truth Social" with an occasional synopsis of "He's going on about the election being stolen" or whatever.

But I truly appreciate the fact that people are less inclined to actually circulate it for him, and it doesn't seem as if his "Truth Social" is attracting wider distribution merely for being the Official Home of Trump Rants.

The quick twinge of "oh, what's he saying?" followed by "I really don't give a shit" has given me a better sense of how deeply I simply don't give a shit what he has to say, and that I can use my brain to do other things than waste one precious neuron to kill itself in despair.

I hear "Trump is ranting on Truth Social" and now all I think is how comforting that he has his own rubber room in which to do that now.

1. It's an echo chamber with a self-limiting audience.

There's no incentive for anyone to go there unless you're a hardcore Trumpist.

Non-political people might flock to social media sites like Facebook or Twitter just for the sake of social media. Those people would have zero interest in abandoning those platforms for Truth Social, where the focus is always going to be Trump and Trumpist politics.

2. Yeah, I saw that the governor of Calif. was going onto TSocial, to counter their false claims on

red state murder rates (or something like that), and I kind of went: "Ahhh, who cares?" and didn't complete or didn't even finish or even try to get into the TSocial site, not even remotely interested in it. Note, I do care about the deaths, but dealing w/ such a site that is full of crap like TSocial is? No way and I've got much better things to do w/ my time.

3. I really hope we don't get a lot of links or synopses of his rants. I have so loved

these months where we don't give a shit what he thinks.

4. Agree, but I hope that Gov. Newsome posts his comments on other sites for

people to be able to follow him trolling the idiots on TS.
