I was wondering this very basic question about abortion rights. If you have to break a law in order to enforce a law, then shouldn't that law be deemed unconstitutional? How is a woman's right to privacy not violated when a procedure is a medical issue? Who is gaining access to her records without her consent? Would it be a violation of HIPPA?

if they have probable cause.
Hipaa has any exceptions, pretty sure it doesn't protect "criminals", at least not likely "murderers".
Sucks but I don't think hipaa will help us much here.
