this. Mehmet, go back to Turkey. You are a citizen of Turkey and have voted in recent years in Turkish elections. Either give up your citizenship there or here. You should not be allowed to run for a senate seat here and then go to Turkey and vote there too, especially if you are a senator.

Why in the hell do reQublicOns keep going after TV personalities & football players
with no political experience thinking they can lead our Government?

Shame we don't have minimum requirements for Congress Members, most jobs do. Like so many years of
public service in your home state, mayor, county commissioner, etc.

Congress Members should not be an "On the Job Training" position.

Why hell they'll even write the bills they want passed, all they have to do is present them to Congress.

They don't require knowledge of anything.

Easypeasy!

I’m pretty sure it’s the wingers behind the trashing of Joe Biden night and day. As if there’s some perfect candidate. He’s the best we got for the moment by a long mile run for my part anyways I think he’s doing a heck of a good job particular considering the multiple nosedives he pulled us out of. God bless him

Actors, such as ol'Rot-gut ( hyphenated to defeat autocorrect) will slavishly follow a script. Athletes do what coach tells them. Good Republicans, every one of them.

The late Speaker of the House Jim Wright was asked about term limits. He was emphatically opposed to the idea.

His points: It takes at least 1 full term to know what to do. Finding your way around the Capitol, hiring a good staff, learning the process of preparing legislation, the appropriate Rules of Order in the Senate and House are all new and can be intimidating.

Most House members accomplish this about halfway through a second term.

He asked us how we felt about the potential of the Congress to essentially be newbies.

We have term limits already: they are called elections.

If we want to get rid of a candidate we will do it at the election.

They’re just solving the wrong problem I’m trying to use the fig leaf of make believe fairness.

They are not fond of Jersey folks. When a family from Trenton moved in two houses away (he lives in Chester), the hand wringing and "there goes the neighborhood" talk was the only topic for weeks. Like they might steal their Eagles front doormat or something.
