FACTS are FACTS - he's a loser - he lost - and if he runs again (from behind prison walls) he'll lose again!

3. Actually, he didn't admit it, but it shouldn't matter.

Trump asks, "Can you believe I lost to this guy?" That's far from an admission. He's questioning the believability of his loss, not saying he believes it.

But his belief shouldn't matter. Trump's big boast about shooting someone in the middle of 5th Avenue and getting away with it shows what he believes. The law doesn't apply to him.

4. I don't think killing a person is against the law and so I shouldn't be punished?

I don't understand why that is a defense at all.

It's damning if Trump admitted privately that he'd lost, as it would mean he was lying to his supporters with the intent of reversing an election he'd lost. It proves that he was a fraud, rather than sincerely questioning whether the election was legitimate.

If she testifies to this in front of the J6 Committee, this calls into question the whole motive of Trump's actions. Not only to stay in power, but to use the loss as a vehicle to fleece 100s of millions from his loyal cultists.

They could very well convict him not for trying to overturn an election but for fleecing his cultists
