to Pence was obvious to anyone who has read the Godfather or seen the movie. Or any other mob book or film.

I never saw it as the words of a 5 year old. To me it was the threat of a crime boss.

I know he was a not very good person for a long time, but he has proven that redemption is possible by his actions.

Just because he turned on his boss to try and save his own ass doesn't alleviate him from the crimes and evil shit he committed. He's a mob lawyer first and foremost. He muscled people at his bosses bidding. He deserves to be where he's at.
