(15,548 posts)None of the top DOJ leadership are Trump holdovers; it has been widely reported that investigators/prosecutors with special skills/expertise were brought in from outside the DOJ to assist the J6 teams; Matthew Graves, the US attorney for DC, which has primary jurisdiction and authority over the investigations/prosecutions, is not a Trump lackey.
So, whos left? The clerical and custodial staff?
Yes, there are Trump era holdovers in the DOJ, likely spread throughout the system in various US Attorney offices. I have seen no evidence of anyone with authority on the J6 teams who is a Trump era holdover.
